Can I use my COMPLIMENTARY* Companion Airline Ticket voucher for any flight?
No - travel is allowed between 104 cities listed on the travel destinations page. If you wish to book additional flights, linking you to /from these major cities, LVI is able to assist you with that booking.

Can I fly on major airlines?
Yes! LVI works with most major carriers. The program includes Northwest, American, Delta, United, United, US Airways, Continental, Southwest and Jet Blue. If one is not listed – please contact their reservation desk at the toll-free number provided. Reservations MUST be made through Lifestyle Vacation Incentives (LVI). The voucher you receive will contain contact information for LVI.

No – Although you can use your voucher at anytime within one year of issue, you can use your companion ticket, only one time during that year.

No. This promotion is open only to residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

There is a limit of (1) per featured product and full-fare paid traveler. So, as long as these and all other terms of the promotion are met, yes.

I would like to gift the Companion Airline Ticket to my son who is away at college - can you ship it to his PO box at school?
No PO boxes are accepted, for any reason. The person whose name appears on the Activated Complimentary Companion Voucher must be one of the travelers. Both passengers must travel together on the exact same itineraries.

Can the COMPLIMENTARY* Companion Airline Ticket be given/transferred to another person as a gift?
Yes, the ticket can be given as a gift – when the initial registration form is filled out. If you have made a qualifying product purchase and are submitting proof of purchase information – you MUST indicate the name of one of the primary travelers, when filling out your registration form The Primary traveler’s name, should be filled in on the registration form, as this is the name which will be printed on the Companion Airfare Voucher. Once the voucher has been issued – is cannot be transferred.

After I book my flight through LVI, how soon will I receive my ticket?
LVI uses E-Tickets. Ticket confirmation letters are mailed within 2 business days.

What are the black out dates for travel?
The exact dates may vary slightly depending on the airline – but below is a guideline. It is best to book your flights well in advance of your desired travel date, to obtain your desired travel dates.

We want you to have plenty of time to use the Complimentary* Companion Airline Ticket voucher. The voucher will have an expiration date of twelve (12) months, from date of issue.

How long do I have to submit my proof of purchase materials, once I have purchased the product within the designated promotion time period?
A redemption date has been set which is 45 days, from the end of the promotional purchase period. All items must be submitted no later than August 15th, 2007 to be eligible.
